Check-in at Surya Haveli begins at 12:00 PM, while check-out is expected by 11:00 AM. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of arrival. The minimum check-in age is 18 years.

A prepayment or full payment may be required to confirm the reservation, depending on the rate plan selected. For bookings with flexible terms, free cancellation is available up to 2–3 days prior to arrival. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.

Surya Haveli follows a strict no-smoking policy within rooms and indoor spaces. Designated smoking areas are available.

The property does not allow pets, and there are no extra beds or baby cots available. Families traveling with children should note that the haveli's historic layout includes staircases and open courtyards, which may require supervision.
